1. Food Safety Certification (Urgent)

   Please complete the DoFoodSafely online course, this is required before your first shift. You can access it HERE.

   Once completed, send your certificate to us at happysunpos@gmail.com.

   *If available, attach your RSA certificate with your Food Safety Cert.

2. Organise time with Matt with pick up your onboarding pack and return as soon as possible.

   Your onboarding pack will include:

   • Fair Work Casual Employment Statement + Factsheet for your keeping.

   • Tax File Number Declaration Form to return to us.

   • Superannuation Choice Form to return to us.

   • Parental Consent Form (if you’re a minor) to return to us.

3. Lodge your employment details using the below form:

4. After completing the steps, print, sign, and return a paper copy of your employment agreement.

5. Text Matt on 0435 746 086 regarding your availability for the next 14 days.

6. Join our Staff App (Connecteam)

You will receive an invite link to join our staff app once your employment agreement is processed. Download it via the App Store or Google Play Store.

This app will allow you to:

• View your employment details.

• View day-to-day operations and shift information.

• Clock in and out of your shifts.

• Stay updated with important updates and team communications.
