Just a few admins steps, before you start with us.
Please complete the following steps:
Food Safety Certification.
1.
URGENT - All food handlers MUST complete food safety training PRIOR to their first scheduled shift. Upon completion, you will be required to enter your details to be issued a certificate. Provide us a PDF copy of your certificate by emailing us.
Complete Your Details For On-boarding.
2.
We collect your information to create your employee profile, handle payroll and superannuation, and meet legal employment requirements. Ensure your details are up-to-date throughout your employment.
Review & Electronically Sign Your Employment Agreement via DocuSign.
3a.
Check your email (including spam/junk), for an email from DocuSign containing your Letter of Offer, Employment Agreement, Fair Work Information Statement & Casual Information Statement. Read ALL clauses carefully and contact us if you have any question/concerns PRIOR to signing.
An SMS Notification Will Be Sent To Finalise On-boarding via BEAM
3b.
You will be REQUIRED to confirm your Tax File Number and Superannuation Fund Nomination. If you do not have a fund, you may opt to join Australian Retirement Trust - Super Savings (Employer’s Default Fund).

Once EVERYTHING is completed, you will receive an invitation link to join our staff app. Download it on the App Store (IOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
This app will allow you to:
View your employment details
View day-to-day operations and shift information.
Clock in and out of your shifts.
Stay updated with important updates and team communication.
